Abstract
The subject of project success has caught the attention of researchers for the last five decades. The long list of project success factors indicates that there are no common denominators for project success. It also indicates that there was no agreement on the definition of success. The aim of this review paper is to classify relevant literature on project success in order to obtain a greater breadth on this topic. This paper distinguishes the success of project into project success definition, measurement or dimension of project success, traditional success factors, non-traditional success factors, frameworks and models of project success, type of industry, location (country) of research, specific level (individual, group, organisation, and project), and phases of project (project life cycle). This paper further highlights the classification of the success factors of project in construction industry and other industries. The outcome of this paper is a literature review mapping, which provides a holistic picture of this notion to clearly specify the gap in literature.
Key words: Classification, project management, success factors, project success.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to investigate the agricultural industry in the Republic of Zimbabwe. Hence, the types of agricultural products, the different classes of farmers, the agricultural system, the agricultural extension services, the marketing of agricultural products and the contribution of agriculture to the economy of Zimbabwe were examined. It was found that agriculture used to be the mainstay of Zimbabwean economy more especially in the 1980s. However, the trend is reversed in the recent years as a result of basically political instability in the country. This development leads to a drastic reduction in the Zimbabwean agricultural output to the extent that the country can no longer feed itself. Finally, the government should consider the possible consequences of the conditionality of IMF/World before accepting any package from them. It was also recommended that the government should tackle the problem being faced by farmers.
Key words: Agriculture, Zimbabwe, Africa.

Abstract
Retaining employees remains a primary concern for many organizations during days of intellectual property, for intellectual capital has become a critical component of wealth creation. This paper provides a theoretical overview of the different periods of motives and domains or targets of employee retention/ turnover and highlights the performing importance from the platform of social capital in research. The objective of this study is to present literature on the complex relationship between individual performance characters and withdraw tendency based on Social Capital Theory. It is generally revealed that in the traditional attitude turnover model the process of employees’ volunteer turnover is the reversed transformation process of employees’ retention psychology and behaviours, mainly consisting of four sectors (Lee and Mitchell, 1999): first is the quit process caused by job dissatisfaction; then, employees’ search for substitutable jobs before turnover; is evaluation on such substitutable jobs; and result is occurrence of turnover behaviour. Finally, an integrative model of the relationship is proposed which argues that performance character may lead to withdraw tendency even turnover behavior through four different routes with the introduction of the Job-Coupling variable. The practical implication of the proposed model for practitioners and researchers encourage further discussion and suggestions.
Key words: Job performance, withdraw tendency, retention, job coupling, social capital.

Abstract
The present paper aims to provide an interpretation of leading corporate governance paradigms, through several case studies involving four developed economies (that is, the US, the UK, Canada and France) that have implemented either principle-based or rule-based corporate governance systems. A supplementary case study involving Romania, an emerging country, seeks to provide valuable insight into the inconsistencies of applying such a refined corporate governance system to an emerging market. From a methodological standpoint, preeminence is given to a comparative and critical approach. Finally, we ask the following question: which are the most appropriate ways to insure the crystallization of legal aspects concerning corporate governance, in the context of international diversity and, sometimes, divergence?
Key words: Corporate governance, comparative approach, international evidence, United Kingdom, European Union convergence, financial markets, agency theory.
