About Us

The International Scholars Journals (ISJ) is a rapidly growing scientific publisher of 300 + peer-reviewed open access journals covering a wide range of academic disciplines. ISJ maintains the highest standards of peer review. As a publisher, we strongly support The Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), The Berlin declaration on Open Access to Scientific Knowledge, the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing and we adopt the COPE guidelines on publication ethics.

Two of ISJ flagship journals, International Journal of Medicine and Medical Sciences (IJMMS) and International Journal of Agricultural Sciences (IJAS), have a broad scope, and aim to publish particularly significant research. Majority of the other journals published by ISJ focus on specific disciplines and are available exclusively online. It is the policy of ISJ to publish any work that is considered by its reviewers to be a coherent and sound addition to scientific knowledge. Manuscripts are published immediately upon acceptance in a provisional PDF form, based on the author's final manuscript version. 

In order for us to survive digitally into the future, we have taken the ideals of digital sustainability very seriously, and we use a viable digital object preservation metadata which provide us with the vital information which will make our digital object to be self-documenting across time.

All works published by International Scholars Journals are under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License. This permits anyone to copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the work provided the original work and source is appropriately cited. ISJ is predicated on the need for researchers to have access to a source of information and an opportunity to share, through publication, new ideas and solutions for sustainable development.

Regular articles in basic and applied research, case studies and critical reviews, surveys, opinions, commentaries and essays are accepted for consideration on the understanding that they are original, have not been published whole or in part elsewhere, and that they have been endorsed by each author. Contributions must be informative, promote thinking and be well written. Manuscripts should adhere to the style and format of ISJ. Please go to the specific journal and read the Instructions for Authors before submitting your manuscript. All submissions are blind reviewed and those accepted are published online either immediately or at the earliest opportunity.
