Abstract

Dactylitis is a known manifestation of seronegative spondyloarthropathy. Here, an unusual case of psoriatic arthritis presented initially with isolated erosive metacarpophalengeal joint arthritis of both thumbs for 2 years without obvious etiology was reported. Later on, dactylitis and skin psoriasis were developed.

Key words: Erosive arthritis, dactylitis, metacarpophalangeal joint arthritis.
